Born Olivia Rose Weathers of Milwaukee, WI in February of 1949. Parents David and Patricia Weathers, both deceased. Gave birth to Jack and Jillian, fraternal twins, on April 30th 1975. Taken in for long term psychiatric evaluation in October of 1978, lost custody of her children to the foster system shortly thereafter.
Olivia has been in the care of the state mental health system for the last 32 years. Her initial diagnosis was paranoid schitzophrenia or possibly early-onset Alzheimers. She shows a reduced ability to percieve the world around her, prolonged periods of drowsiness, occassional hallucinations, and extreme sensitivity to stress in herself and those around her. She is incapable of functioning in the outside world for any significant period of time.
Records indicate that after her committment to long-term care, she did not see her children for the next 14 years until Jack showed up and spent several hours with her. Doctors’ notes indicate a heightened period of activity and lucidity for several days after that, but there was a subsequent significant deterioration in her ability to process sensory stimulus. Jack secured power of attorney over his mother in 1997, and has paid for her care in the Homewood facility ever since.
